Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returned in its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note certain items are not eligible for return, including customized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

Return Process

Once we receive your return request, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days from approval for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. For exchanges, please contact us within the return window described above.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
